The NDFA Report: The News Letter

The NDFA Report: The News Letter

Many have asked, “What exactly is the NDFA?” Well friends, I’m here to answer that very question.
The NDFA is a non-profit organization, constantly at work looking to improve the standards of our great nations drinking fountains, for the benefits of tomorrow’s generation.
Some are a bit confused by the acronym, but it’s really quite simple. Here, I’ll show you…
National
Drinking
Fountain
Association
Or NDFA. See?
Now countless youngsters have come up to me and said, “Oh golly Mister, how can I help the NDFA?” Then I’ll explain to them that the NDFA is a non-profit group and hand him a stack of flyers and tell him he can help by spreading our propaganda with his classmates.
Now I’d like to take the time to report that myself and some of my colleagues are taking a trip to the nation’s capitol to, hopefully, pass new laws on public drinking fountains and maybe even get some funding for further research, or at least enough for a bus back home.
We have also been traveling around to schools giving our “Just Say No, To Sticking That Gum In That Drinking Fountain, You Little Punk,” campaign. And just let me say, it has been a successful one. Children sure do love Norman. We have also been telling the kids to save a dollar and not buy that “convenient” bottled water, and get up and go to their nearest drinking fountain. For two reasons, 1.) Over half the kids are really overweight and could use the exercise and 2.) It promotes drinking fountains in all their glory. But it’s not just the kids that should use drinking fountains, people of all ages can, and that is the true meaning that everyone can get out of our organization.

Peace out,
Smitty Manyansen
President and Board Advisor of the NDFA
