The NDFA staff is working hard, to provide you with the information you need, on drinking fountains and drinking fountain accessories.
Look for posts on individual drinking fountains and their scores given to them by a certified fountain technician.

Dear "the management". I have been a faithful drinking fountain patron for many years. The other day, I was horrified to discover a piece of green chewing gum plastered to the basin of my favorite oasis. I am so traumatized, I fear I shall never be able to consume water from a public fountain again. Please advise! Sincerely, Booklice
The NDFA officials recommend that you write a letter to your local congressman about the cleanliness of your public drinking fountains. You can also fill out a report with the NDFA and we will gladly help you as much as we possibly can. As for your phobia of using a drinking fountain we recommend that you see a shrink about that.
