Since the overall inspection we have found that no water comes out of the spout. Not all fountains have been posted to our website due to some filing problems at headquarters, so this is definitely not the best fountain on record.
We hope this clears up your question.
Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. One of the main purposes of the website is to inform the public on drinking fountains.

That's a yucky drinking fountain

Indeed it is. That is what our inspectors found in our testing. It was one of the few to contain high amounts of bacteria.

Yes, we found that the distance between the fountain and cafeteria table was far to close together. Definitely not regulation. In addition to that it turns out no water making its overall existence unnecessary. Plus the corners did not meet our safety standards. We are currently waiting for its holding facility's reply in our request for its replacement/removal.

I got a drink from this fountain once and I became so ill that I was unable to return to school for six months. I guess it could have been worse.

It is common for a cafeteria/food court to have a less than sufficient drinking fountain. That way their customers feel that they have to buy bottled water.
But we here at the NDFA are looking to stop this widespread problem, to make sure they drinking fountains are being used at their full capacity.

Nobody at Concord really moves...they all just get desieses from drinking from this crap fountain and dying. I'd personally rather die of dehydration, myself.
